Yogyakarta – No quality
in a crowdedness, wherever it is. Jogja is full of people lately. You will find
a number of cars whose strange number plates in the road. Or perhap, if you are
not a native—I mean you are just student or worker who lives in that fucking
city—you are probably meet your neighbor.
It is boring you know, when you have to face such condition after work,
whereas you are so tired and conceive hopefully such a relax surrounding
through your way home while you are well-contemplated on something else or
merely listening music.
I condemn people’s mindset. They know surely that Jogja will be so crowded
in the end year, but they still take their vacation on the city.
It is the first. Secondly, what do they mean by vacation? Is it really
important for them or healing? I don’t think so. What they did is purely about
following the trend.
They see that having vacation is cool, impresive, and even privilege. They thought
that by updating their trip on their story is able to increase their social status
such crazy rich and etc., whereas it is just spending money and bad news for
their health as they merely eat a fast food and drink a soda along the trip.
It is okey that their vacation could boost a micro enterprises in our
romantic city—at least it is what they believe about Jogja—but bullshit with
that one. That is goverment responsibily and the most important thing here is
Im longing relaxed city.
